Hey lovelies! This weeks mani is more on the femme side. I don’t often do pink but this one I could not pass up. It’s called dancing nails from the hot flash metallics collection. I used two coats. Application was very smooth, no dragging at all or bubbles 🙂 and dries pretty quick too! You should all go out and by it! On my accent nail I did a water marble with I think it’s called dark bronze. Hope you guys like this weeks mani. And here’s my new YouTube video as well on makeup I got at the drugstore and a score I made on some awesome palettes for only $2.99!!
Hey ladies! I’m still not sick of the gradient/ombre theme so I have yet another one for this week. I really love the coloring that peacocks have and I wanted to give that color scheme a try with the gradient effect. I used an emerald green, a royal purple blue, dark purple and a gold. On my ring finger I added a copper glitter just to add some more sparkle. You can use any brand and shade you want but the exact polishes I used are….
China glaze – running in circles
Pure Ice – deja vu
Sally hansen hard as nails – rock bottom
Sally hansen – golden I
Sinful colors – all about you
Over all I like this mani and it came out decent. I messed up a tiny bit but I would be the only one who can notice it. I love the colors together. The only problem I had was deja vu and rock bottom seem to be pretty sheer and I had to sponge several times before it would show up on top of the green. But other than that it reminds me of a peacock! Here’s the pics and I hope you enjoy!
Hey polish fans! My magenta mani chipped yesterday after only a few days of wear 😦 and I can not wear chipped polish!
This time I went with a super neon orange and thought…this isn’t gonna work out at work lol so I topped it off with some gold glitter and an accent nail and called it a night.
I’m not home so I can’t remember all the names of the polishes I used. But I did take a pic of all the bottles. And let me just say I am so happy I finally got my hands on some seche vite! No more bed sheet lines on my nails! I got done with them At 9 and went to bed at ten and they were 100% dry!
I love this mani! It’s bright and summery but the gold sparkles makes it so glamorous! I hope you guys like it! Leave me some comments on what I should do next! Oh and they glow under my blue fish tank light!!
Hey girls. This week I used a color my hubby picked out. I was a little nervous to use this color just bc I’m not a huge pink/purple person. Well I am but this color just kinda scared me lol idk how to explain it. Anyways, it’s called sinful colors dream on. To my surprise its actually a matte polish. I liked it matte but I noticed it dried a little uneven so I put a coat of seche vite over it and it’s super glossy now 🙂 I tried my hand at using my white striper brush also that I got from Five Below for like $2 I think. And also a silver striper and then some lime green dots with my dotting tool. This was my first time using the stripers on my own nails so they didn’t come out perfect. Next time I will try not to push down so hard bc the lines are too thick for me. Anyways here’s the pics! Hope you guys all enjoy this mani! And after I applied the color I was a lot less scared of it 😉
Here is my mani for this week. I just posted a review on this polish so be sure to check that out and I finished it off with some striping tape as an accent nail. I used seche clear as the base coat and the polish is wet n wild “on a trip”. I used three coats of the wet n wild. Idk if I like the silver stripes, I almost like it plain polish better. What do you think?
Hey polishaholics! Here’s this weeks mani. I wanted to do something spring inspired and colorful but also easy and simple. I’m all about easy 🙂
For this look I used,
Sinful colors hazard
Sinful colors snow me white
Sinful colors queen of beauty
Sally Hansen coral reef
Sally Hansen mellow yellow
Seche clear base coat (I am using this for as a top coat as well for now until I go get a new top coat, works all the same)
I didn’t want to do just boring traditional polka dots and I’ve seen some of you guys do the polka dots inside of polka dots so I figured I would give that a go too. On my accent nail I used a glitzy silver sparkle polish to give it some pizzazz. Oh I also trimmed my nails, they are a lot shorter now but still cute. I like the double polka dot look but before I put the pink and yellow dots inside the white dots I liked it a lot with just the plain white polka dots of varying sizes. So next time I might just stay with plain white polka dots. I also became very impatient and put my top coat on a smidgen too soon and slightly dragged a couple of the polka dots but its almost unnoticeable. Anyways, here’s some pics. Let me know what you think!! Leave
Hey girls, this week I wanted to give my new Zoya a try with some cute polka dots of varying sizes. I wanted something simple and easy to do and what’s easier than Polka dots? I used two coats to get full opacity. Please excuse the burn I have on my hand. Darn how glue gun
For this look I used
Zoya – Logan
LA color – metallic copper
LA color – china gold
Sally Hansen – golden I
Seche clear base coat
Hope you guys like it and leave me a comment for suggestions on next weeks mani!!!
